Located by the kids track in the east end of the park. Get the latest information about what is happening in the park. Ask about park projects, trail only areas, closures, volunteer opportunities, upcoming events, and many more. Maps and brochures are available for free.
Jr. Ranger Reptile's: Saturday, June 27th from 10 am to 11 am
Drop by the Jr. Ranger table for fun kid friendly activities. Learn about snakes and lizards that live in the park and create a rattlesnake craft. Jr. Rangers is a statewide program for 7 – 12 years old.
Jr. Ranger Birds of Prey: Saturday, July 11th from 10am-11am
Did you know that birds of prey have a grip strength of over 400lbs? Come learn about the birds that soar high above us! Drop by the Jr. Ranger table for fun kid friendly activities located by the kids track in the east end of the park. Jr. Rangers is a statewide program for 7 – 12 years old.
Jr. Ranger Wildlife: Saturday, July 25th from 10 am to 11 am
Drop by the Jr. Ranger table for fun kid friendly activities located by the kids track in the east end of the park. Learn about the local wildlife that live in the park. Activities include guessing games, coloring activities, animal track rubbings, etc. Jr. Rangers is a statewide program for 7 – 12 years old.
Jr. Ranger Insects: Saturday, August 1st from 10am-11am
Drop by the Jr. Ranger table for fun, kid-friendly activities all about the tiny creatures that crawl, buzz, and fly in our park! Learn fascinating facts about insects and create your very own insect-themed craft. Jr. Rangers is a statewide program for ages 7–12 years old. .
Jr. Ranger Safety: Saturday, August 15th from 10am-11am
Drop by the Jr. Ranger table for fun kid friendly activities located by the kids track in the east end of the park. Learn about OHV safety by playing games, completing activity booklet and coloring pages. Jr. Rangers is a statewide program for 7 – 12 years old
Family Ride Saturday, August 29th from 10am-11am
Have your family join us for a family ride where we will show some safety tips while riding the trail. We plan to ride up East Pottery. Rain Cancels.
