| January 12, 2026 | Grant Application process begins - Application available on the OHMVR Division website |
| March 2, 2026 | Preliminary Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. (PT) |

March 3, 2026* to May 4, 2026

Public review and comment period by 5:00 p.m. (PT) |
| June 1, 2026 | Final Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. (PT) |
| June and July 2026 | OHMVR Division review of final Applications |
| August 3, 2026 | Application Results - Intent to Award posted on the OHMVR Division website |
| August 4, 2026 to September 2, 2026 | Thirty (30) calendar day appeal period |
| September 3,2026 | Final awards posted on the OHMVR Division website upon resolution of any appeals |
* All Applicants must notify the public of their Grant Application and the public's ability to comment. This must be done no later that 5:00 p.m (PT) March 3, 2026. Failure to notify the public shall result in the disqualification of the Application.
