Sounds like the same work as the Inyo Forest grant. Joe Rose – 3/19/16

Signage is critical to managing travel on public lands. Without adequate signage staying on designated trails and roads is very difficult. I feel this project should be approved. Chris Methot – 3/20/16

Adequately designating routes with signs and maps will help keep ATV/OHV users on the legal routes and make for a much better recreational experience. We need much more of this! Mike Johnston – 3/31/16

I endorsee and encourage funding for the Tungsten Hill/Buttermilk Trail system proposed by Adventure Trails of the Eastern Sierra. I live about 3 miles to the north east from the Tungsten Hills and have spent many happy hours exploring in the area. While the trails are lots of fun to explore, enjoyment of the area would be greatly improved for visitors by identifying travel loops, providing signage and a zone map of the area. This would be especially helpful for people that are not very familiar with the area. No single available map, either printed or electronic, includes all the available trails. I speak from personal experience, a good zone map would be very useful to locals as well as visitors. Funding this project would significantly improve and enhance the recreational enjoyment of the Tungsten Hills / Buttermilk area by everyone and an excellent use of our “green sticker” fees.
