I hereby request that you would approve and fully fund this grant. As a frequent user of the Los Padres National Forest OHV areas and trails, I know first hand that law enforcement is an integral part of reducing the unauthorized use in unapproved areas surrounding these facilities which is both unsafe and a huge detriment to our sport.
