I would like to comment on OHMVR grants on behalf of the California Off-Road Vehicle Association.
International Racing Rescue Crew Education & Safety  A great grant to help injured or lost riders.  Only thing might be a problem is using grant money for organized events.  While I don't have a problem with this, the grant people may.  You might look into possibly restructuring the grant a little so it does not emphasize support of racing.  Good luck and thank you for helping our lost and injured friends out there.
