OHV Title

CEMX Inc.

Following up on my email were do we speak out mind on the grant for OHV hesperia. It says on the website what the grant is for it says they are goin to be giving race town 395 money ??? Are we serious. We live in the high desert were 30 min from race town is BLM land we pay for all ready. It is a dirt bike track at race town no trucks off road or for four wheels excepted wich if you guys do some re search we live 45 min from one of the best off road places in the world. Johnson valley.

Thnk  you for your time I am a big time off roder  and so is all my family I think this grant is worth less as in the way they spend the money. Chris - 3/7/14

City of Tulare Motocross track.  It is great to have a city run MX track.  I wish other cities would follow suit.  One question, are OHV's required to have red/green stickers to enter the park?  This is where the grant funding comes from, so it should follow that bikes and ATV's should participate in registration.   Is this track not self funded?  Asking for over $200k to operate is pretty high.  The track should be close to self funded.  I love motocross and hope the track can continue to run successfully and be self funded. CEMX  This grant asks for an awful lot of money.  This motocross facility charges $25 at the gate and doesn't check for green/red stickers.  Yes, it is a good place to practice or race motocross, but it doesn't really fit into what the grant program is trying to support. Ed Stovin - 4/6/14
